Cookie Policy

Adventroop keeps this simple: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Here is everything we store in your browser and why.

Strictly necessary

• Sign-in session — Supabase authentication cookies/tokens keep you signed in between visits. Without them, booking and chat cannot work.
• Checkout — when you pay, Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe’s checkout pages for fraud prevention and to complete the payment.

Functional (local storage)

• Demo mode data — when the site runs in demo mode, all demo activity lives in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your machine.
• Sign-in return path — remembers which page to send you back to after signing in.

Analytics

• First-party events — a random identifier in local storage lets us count product events (pages viewed, bookings made) in our own database. It is not shared with advertisers and cannot follow you to other sites.
• PostHog (optional) — if enabled by us, the same events also go to PostHog for product analytics dashboards. This is off unless configured.

Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and disable booking. For more on how we handle data generally, see the Privacy Policy.
